About Us
We are a charity dedicated to creating socioeconomic diversity in the creative industries. We support young people from lower socio-economic backgrounds that want to have a creative career by matching them with a trained mentor to support them over a structure programme.
We've worked with over 1,500 mentoring pairs since being founded in 2014, and work with creative companies like Sony Music UK, Meta, Soho House, Amazon Prime Video, The APA and more.
